You are receiving this email because you did pre-order either Pier Solar REPRINT, REPRINT_EP, Dreamcast, PC/LINUX/MAC, the strategy guide or the OST.
Once again, our apology for the lack of news. Sorry for the late news, we have been holding this newsletter until we had a definitive confirmation about the following:
The REPRINT/REPRINT_EP Quality Control process - which was biggest reason for delay - has been finalized last Tuesday. That means manufacturing has resumed and should end December 23th.
Please then allow one-to-two extra weeks before we can ship the games to you.
Regarding DREAMCAST, PC/LINUX/MAC or the Strategy Guide: those products are still in the making and will be shipped later, more details by email soon.
Please also remember that we don't need your shipping address yet, the pre-order system at magical game factory will ask your shipping address at the very last moment so no mistake or outdated input can be made.
For people worried about grouped delivery: You will decide of the shipping day yourself so you can either wait for all preorders to be ready (so we pack everything in the same parcel) or either get everything shipped separately.
As a patch on the wounds, we will supply you with additional Pier Solar goodies. We hope you enjoy it, and the game too! We have also preparing a extra surprise for XMAS.
Also, if you have to contact the costumer support, bear the extra delays, we are slowly answering support messages at the moment but all messages will be answered and every case handled individually.

En bref, si tout se passe bien (ahem...), on devrait avoir les reprints durant les premières semaines de 2015. Pour le reste, comme d'hab, c'est "un jour".
J'ai vu pas mal de gens demander un remboursement et je les comprends. J'ai preorder d'autres jeux, les fameux Project Y et Project N, mais je pense que j'investirai pas plus dans leurs jeux, leur (absence de) communication et leurs retards incessants sont juste honteux.
